Ish Yoo is a platform that connects job seekers and employers (website and mobile apps). This page explains what data we collect, why we use it and what rights you have.
What we collect
Account: phone number, name, password (stored only in encrypted form). Job seekers: resumes (specialization, experience, education, skills, languages, expected salary), applications and saved vacancies. Employers: company details, vacancies, decisions on applications, payments (amount and status; we do not store card details). Device: the identifier and name of the device with the app, a push notification token, the chosen language. Technical: IP address and request logs, for security and to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
To run your account and confirm sign-ins (SMS code), connect job seekers with employers, notify you about applications, process payments, protect against fraud and attacks, and meet legal obligations.
Who sees it
When you apply, the owner of that vacancy sees your resume; employers can find a public resume in search (you can hide it in the settings). Service providers get only what their work needs: the SMS provider (verification codes), Google Firebase (push notifications), Click and Payme (payments), the hosting provider. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Data is kept while your account exists. When the account is deleted, personal data is deleted; records the law requires us to keep (such as payments) remain without a link to you. Backups are kept for up to 2 months and then deleted.
Your rights
See and correct your data (on the profile and resume pages), delete your account (in the app: Profile → Delete account; on the website: the link below), and contact us with questions or complaints.
Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, only staff who need it can access the data, and sign-in attempts and requests are rate-limited.
Age
The service is for users aged 16 and over.
